Group Yoga Classes
Themed yoga classes offer a creative twist on traditional yoga practice by focusing on a specific theme or intention, enhancing the physical & mental benefits of your practice. These classes are designed to align your body, mind & spirit through targeted sequences, music, props, and mindful exploration of a particular concept, chakra, or element. Classes draw on a variety of different styles of yoga - Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra & Flows.
